Well, one of my main questions is what is so different with these Kettlebells that I cannot achieve with just my standard weight lifting? First of all, Kettlebells are a much harder workout tool to use. However, harder can be a whole lot better for you in the long run as you develop muscles to stabilize the unbalanced Kettlebells. Chiropractors are recommending this type of workout to increase the stability and flexibility of patient’s shoulders.
